I bought my 2021 Equinox from this dealership and I strongly recommend you take a photo of every paper they have you sign and do not sign the ipad. I signed over 15 papers intentionally making my sign strongly recommend you take a photo of every paper they have you sign and do not sign the ipad. I signed over 15 papers intentionally making my signature go into the typed print. What I got was different papers with a phony signature of my name (as I intentionally wrote poorly on the ipad). I contacted the BBB and they just went along with Franz from Auto Nation who insisted he provided me my actual papers. That was a total lie. All pages had the exact same fake signature of my name and papers for donations WE NEVER discussed. The free paint & dent scam cost you over a $1000 and it is crap also. Examine the car carefully. Come back another time, even an hour later after you breathe. If you buy here, take a snap shot as you sign each page. They also changed the mileage on my trade in. They wanted me to write a review right there in the dealership before I realized what was going on. Wait till you get the vehicle and papers home & see what you really got. More

I'm very upset with this dealer. I have taken my vehicle from 9/2021 to 2/18/2022 - total of 4 times with the same issue. Steve Beall has been great at customer service but resolving I have taken my vehicle from 9/2021 to 2/18/2022 - total of 4 times with the same issue. Steve Beall has been great at customer service but resolving the issue is the true matter. The Service Manager got involved and I thought that would settle it however it didn't. I give their service center a fat 2, and will have to escalate this to management. DO NOT this service center!!!! More

We took our Equinox in to have the ECM replaced. We were told the Ecm was ok and that it was another computer problem. 2500 dollars later and it turned out the Ecm was the problem. Ecm was covered by the dealer but we had to pay for everything else that we didn’t need. Started driving home and the Ac controls weren’t working correctly. The controls were fine before we took into the dealer but the dealer was sure that it couldn’t have been them. It was basically my word against theirs and they said that I couldn’t prove that it was their fault. So now I have to pay for that too even though it was working fine before we brought the car to them. More
