Overpriced for labor. It should cost $80 in labor to replace one headlight. Took my chevy express Company Work van in due to bad Body Control Module, most annoying is the drivers master window control. Two buttons for driver and passenger window, neither worked. Two weeks prior, had Control Module, most annoying is the drivers master window control. Two buttons for driver and passenger window, neither worked. Two weeks prior, had purchased a master window control and installed it. Figured the Body Control Module was the issue, as it effected other things as well. Body Control Module replaced, but didn't instruct them to fix the window. We had discussed it, when explained the problems on drop off. Called to done, can pick up. On pick up, asked the Service Manager David Vega, does the window control work/ He said lets see. He took down the window a little, then took up ok. Tried down again and nothing. He said bring it back next Saturday and he would check it, as he new I just bought the part at AutoNation. Sounds good, start for home 2.5 miles away. Didn't make it. A lot of lights, about halfway, coming to a complete stop, two thuds from the transmission. Turned around and it got worse, a few take offs it popped in to gear with a thud also. Here is where everything turns horrible with AutoNation. Need to check the transmission. Told will call in the mornings, never happened. My calls in to AutoNation left voicemails and texts no response. Had to go in person, need a rebuilt transmission and the fuse box is burnt, grounding out and interfering with the Body Control Module. Given a price of near $7,000. Told recently had a brand new motor installed at a dealership in PA, nearly the same price. David Vega said he would see what he could do. Told the Fuse Box & Transmission ordered and told would be installed following Monday-Tuesday able to pick up Wednesday. The following Tuesday comes, I begin calling, again only voice mail and text. Left message trying to coordinate pick up following day... NO response, so end of work day Wednesday, go in to pick up my work van. Service manager speaking with parts manager. My rebuilt transmission was ordered from GM, they had a shipping number. And they were trying to locate it. They supposedly did everything correct, it was GM's fault... Asked about the Fuse Box installation, told they didn't do it either. Told them to install it before doing anything else with the van, as it could damage other things. Told it would be done... The following week they tried to figure out what happened. But now my in-stock rebuilt transmission was on back order. Assured we would be next, as our product was supposed to be shipped already. The week after, they ordered another transmission, had another shipping order... this week goes by. I go in, where is this transmission? Don't know, Ok where does the tracking number show it to be? They didn't have a tracking number available. Obviously, it was never shipped like the first transmission. Ok let me pay for the Fuse Box, now here it is, sitting on the floor in David Vega's office. In 4 weeks they did nothing but waste my time, and this is a Company work van. David Vega gave me the Fuse Box, and I drove the van to a Aamco Transmission location. The first thing they wanted to do was install the fuse box, however AutoNation gave me the wrong Fuse Box, so much for GM mechanics and VIN numbers. It was installed, as well as the rebuilt 6L90 GM transmission for just over $4,000. I contacted David Vega via Voicemail, spoke with AutoNation customer service to speak to David, as well as Justin Service adviser. Could see David through the glass walls, but David Vega is just a disservice, no response. I left the message, Fuse Box was the wrong one, Master switch bought from AutoNation not working. Would return the wrong Fuse box... That was almost two weeks ago. David Vega the "Service manager" never contacted me. Told me BS stories, he called my voicemail was full, in the first few weeks. Never happened, nor was there ever a missed call from AutoNation. David Vega and AutoNation did nothing is 7 weeks, except waste my time. Also question his honesty and integrity, need to watch out for rip offs. More

The car was in the shop for a week and knowing our situation, Andrew worked feverishly to make a loaner car available. Andrew also worked some fantastic discounts out for us. This was truly a Godsend. Thank you very much Andrew! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
