My worst experience was a dishonest salesman at this car dealership. He didn’t disclose the defects of the car fully until I arrived to pick up my car. I found the windshield was broken and one window neede dealership. He didn’t disclose the defects of the car fully until I arrived to pick up my car. I found the windshield was broken and one window needed the tinting replaced. The salesman gave me a verbal agreement that he would fix it. I left my car there for 5 days. When I picked it up on Sunday, the salesman wasn’t there. The window tinting hadn't been fixed. The car wasn’t clean inside. Most importantly, they left me without a battery. This is Tesla, by the way. The worse part was that he never apologized or tried to do the right thing. He is the most terrible salesman (don’t know his name) and so is his manger, Ryan. More

We had no idea what was wrong with my daughter's car when the "check engine" light came on during her drive home from work.
