I came in for a $60 oil change and was charged $100 and I do not know why. They did not give me any updates on my car for example, I may need new tires in a couple of 100 miles or that my air filter may need do not know why. After I left the dealership my check engine light came on. I was about two hours away from them and since I was already overcharged I did not want to go back to them. I highly do NOT recommend this dealership. When I took it to another Chevy dealership they let me know that I needed new tires which I was not aware of. This dealership needs to improve on communication with the guest. More
I was treated horribly by this dealer. I purchased a truck and the dummy light came on two days later. I was over an hour away from them. They had five days or so many miles t return the vehicle. They didn’t care I drove an hour home and an hour back to them. They refused to fix the problem for me. Then three days later realized what they did (after I bought a truck elsewhere) they then offered me the teuck back after fixing it. They never canceled the loan the truck and now I have two loans. They must’ve kept the money and not returned it or credited to my loan account as it’s still all due. More

My 2019 Chevy Bolt EV needed to go in for a recall that involved replacing the entire battery pack. My previous experiences with the AutoNation Colonial service department had been mixed, so I wasn’t sure involved replacing the entire battery pack. My previous experiences with the AutoNation Colonial service department had been mixed, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. In fact, my first attempt to set up the appointment had to be cancelled due to lack of communication from the dealership. When the second appointment was made, I can report much better results. The batteries were replaced promptly and my car was ready the next day. Everything was done correctly and there have been no issues with the work. From what I’ve read on Bolt owner forums, that has not been the case for some other owners. Justin did a great job getting this done. More
