No one was able to reach out to me pertaining a rental car as I was out of a vehicle for over a week and I even had a claim opened up with corporate pertaining to a rental vehicle and they were no help as they said I had a $35 allowance per day towards a rental vehicle. You can’t rent a car anywhere for $35 a day. My advisor Tami was great but the upper management seems to be nonexistent And I’m willing to help. More

I came in for a $60 oil change and was charged $100 and I do not know why. They did not give me any updates on my car for example, I may need new tires in a couple of 100 miles or that my air filter may need do not know why. After I left the dealership my check engine light came on. I was about two hours away from them and since I was already overcharged I did not want to go back to them. I highly do NOT recommend this dealership. When I took it to another Chevy dealership they let me know that I needed new tires which I was not aware of. This dealership needs to improve on communication with the guest. More
We had been to several Chevrolet dealerships in the area, and this was the absolute BEST! Our salesperson Marquis and the sales manager were wonderful to work with.
