Dealership is clean and plenty of sales staff to assist customers. The wait time to work with finance was much longer than anticipated, there's only one finance person but 10+ salesmen. Wasn't thrilled I bought a truck with shocks/struts 30k over life expectancy, it's not a safety issue so they did not replace. Not thrilled about the dry rotted windshield wipers. Buying a used car is one of the more stressful things I have done, thankfully Noah, a service technician, helped ease my mind about my purchase. More

My most recent experience with this dealership was a joke. The person I spoke with was sweet, but at the end of a near6 hour wait I was told I needed $1200+ in parts for my doors. They claimed to have removed the panels from my backdoors without opening them which doesn't appear to be possible. I was able to fix the issue on my own without spending any money. More

Terrible Experience! I had a 7:00am appointment, in theory the first one of the day. Indeed, the first car in line. After several follow-ups, around 10:00am they told me I had a 7:00am appointment, in theory the first one of the day. Indeed, the first car in line. After several follow-ups, around 10:00am they told me that my car would the next. Certainly, unacceptable! I asked for the Manager, who was not available. When I got to my office, I made a phone call to reach out to the manage via phone, but he/she was still unavailable. Simply, I left the shop due to my commitments that morning, without the car been fixed (warranty, a job that would not generate any income for them!) . I ended up making an appointment in a different dealership. More

Took over 2 hours for an oil change, was even early for a 10:00 appt and didn’t get out till almost 12:00. Then they didn’t do the car wash because it took to long for oil change. We go there for special Chevy and I would do better at a regular oil change place. No sure we would come back. Very disappointed. More
