I had an issue with my car within days of moving to another area in Florida. The receptionist was very understanding and made me an appointment for the next morning. Told I had a defective battery. ..Once they found I purchased a lifetime battery from them, they said a replacement was ordered a week ago. Still no response from them. After being lied to about not being able to fix my truck at another dealership, I came here and I'm very happy I did. The only confusing part is you have to know that regardless of an appointment when you a at another dealership, I came here and I'm very happy I did. The only confusing part is you have to know that regardless of an appointment when you arrive you have to park in service area and go inside for help. I'm use to someone greeting me when I arrive to a service area to see what I need done. Other than that everyone was EXTREMELY nice and sweet and they all worked very fast to get my vehicle working properly. Definitely my go to service place from now on. Also Mr. Tim is awesooooome!
