As stressful as buying a vehicle is the salesman Brian did an excellent job ensuring a stress free purchase. Brian communicated effectively and had a friendly demeanor. Overall great sales and finance staff however the service department who “detailed” the car did not ensure the vehicle had been cleaned. The vehicle had dirt and crumbs on the seats and cupholders along with various other things. Upon overview of the car and the dissatisfaction expressed the salesman Brian sent it back to the service department to be detailed for an apparent second time, this time it came out clean.
