Your representive "Justin" in the service dept should not be handling customers. This Justin was our service connection, neither myself or my wife will use Autonation chevy on west colonial ever again. We came to pickup our Traverse, after spending $ 3,700.00, the display said zero oil life remaining, They said someone test drove the vehicle, and they didn't couldn't see that? It was the first we saw when vehicle was turned on. Give me a break. As said before. that justin needs to be remove fro the service area, maybe removed from Chevorlet all together. More
When you have an apt at 10 am show up at 9:40 am and were not greeted by anyone and the service advisor Justin assigned to you was not friendly and very rude,. Then on my receipt it stated I declined recommend service upgrade no one from your location ever advised me of these. Very poor service. Also to hear multiple employees yelling at customers either on rhe phone of in person while sitting in the waiting area is very unprofessional. More
I wish I can give zero stars, this place is not professional by any means, I took my car "2017 corvette" there for service and I already had the auto nation extended warranty bought from a chevy au professional by any means, I took my car "2017 corvette" there for service and I already had the auto nation extended warranty bought from a chevy auto nation dealer which is 30 min away from them. I bought the warranty on April 18th, 2022 and the day I dropped the car off was June 24th. The service advisor I was working with was Justin and make sure if you ever go there and your service advisor is Justin change him right away, he is very rude, doesn't want to help, and has the worst attitude. I dropped the car off on Friday at 8:00 am and by Monday they said your warranty that you bought from us is not going to cover you because it's not passed the first 90 days even though I a paid for that warranty and I have the contract and I showed them that the contract specifically said this car is covered completely after 30 days from the purchase of the warranty. the advisor said I can't do anything for you unless you show me an inspection sheet from when you got the warranty and I sent him all the paperwork from the dealer I got my warranty from "which is also a Chevrolet auto nation as well" but he said "no that's not what I need" I had to drive for an hour leaving my work to get that paper from the dealer I got the warranty from and they said there is no such a thing as inspection paper and I had the service manager come to me and said bring the car here and I will get it done for you I went to the AutoNation Chevrolet dealer in West Colonial which was another 30 min drive to get my car from there, the operating time for the service shop is 7am - 7pm and I got there at 6:03 pm to pick up my car Justin said sorry the mechanic had to leave around 5 and he closed the shop on your car and we don't have access to it, then i ask for a manager to talk to and he said the manager left today at 2:00 pm I had to go back the next day and miss work again to pick up the car and then I spoke with David the service manager and all I was looking for is just saying sorry for the inconvenience and we will try to do better next time but no this guy was even worse than Justin and started waving his hand in my face and said I can't help you and take your car from here and he said stuff about president Clinton putting a law in the 90's about them cant call the other branch of the same company which is "auto nation" to get the paperwork they need, I told him I give you the permission to talk to them about my car and this is not medical information that you cant call about its an inspection sheet which actually doesn't exist and what he said "I don't have time for this" definitely, the worst experience I had in a dealership if you need any work done go to the airport branch instead, at least you won't have the manager waving in your face and telling you things a 10 years old won't believe.
