The sales experience was not great, it was ok. The sales person had promised a full tank of gas and it seems he forgot or didn’t want to fulfill his promise, I had to drive him myself to the gas s The sales person had promised a full tank of gas and it seems he forgot or didn’t want to fulfill his promise, I had to drive him myself to the gas station to fill up. My truck did not come with a bedliner so decided to purchase one, same thing the sales person promised he would call me to set up an appointment when they became available, he never called I called him myself and he then set up the appointment for installation next day at 8:30 am. This morning I showed up to the service department and they said I didn’t have an appointment so today is Friday, just wasted my morning going to the dealership and I now have to wait until next Wednesday to have a bed liner installed, definitely not impressed with the sales person. More
