They gave me an appointment for the next day when another dealership said it would be 3 weeks before they could see me. I live 550 miles away in NC and had to get my car fixed or me and my family could not g dealership said it would be 3 weeks before they could see me. They took my car and in about an hour the service member Terrance who oversaw my service came and told me what was wrong and what they would do to fix it and the price +-. They had to order a part and said it would not get there till 1 PM. After getting that part they finished repairing the car and took it out for a test drive and then said we were ready to go. They were up front with everything and treated me and my wife nicely. If I lived in the area I would do most if not all my service there. More

The sales experience was not great, it was ok. My truck did not come with a bedliner so decided to purchase one, same thing the sales person promised he would call me to set up an appointment when they became available, he never called I called him myself and he then set up the appointment for installation next day at 8:30 am. This morning I showed up to the service department and they said I didn’t have an appointment so today is Friday, just wasted my morning going to the dealership and I now have to wait until next Wednesday to have a bed liner installed, definitely not impressed with the sales person.
