Brian Stillwell was awesome. .. unfortunately he has horrible sales managers....just because I demanded some decent customer service one manager said " I'll tell you what I'm goin .. unfortunately he has horrible sales managers....just because I demanded some decent customer service one manager said " I'll tell you what I'm going to do I'm going to rescind the deal" basically threatening to come to my house and take back the car just because I was giving them a little bit of a hard time... I was so stressed out that day I never felt so horrible in my life please people practically put me in the hospital that day with an anxiety attack then the general manager calls me and basically says that I will not get my documents until I promise that I'm going to give a good review... They basically held my documents hostage until I agree to give them a positive review on their survey More

Our visit to Auto Nation Chevrolet on West Colonial in Orlando on July 4th (drop off by tow truck) was by far excellent. A new service writer resigned and Andrew Lewis picked up the ball and ran with it Orlando on July 4th (drop off by tow truck) was by far excellent. I arrived for my original appointment at 6:16 pm on Tuesday 7/26 and was told all technicians had left for the day. I made another appointment for the next day at 4:30 for my oil change. Although the service for the oil change itself was fine, I was pretty irritated about the original appointment cancellation the day before. It would have preferred to receive a phone call prior to driving to the dealership. More
