I took off work to be there for my 7am appointment, however, as I said the service department was not prepared. After sitting there for nearly 40 minutes, I was informed that the oil needed was not on hand and would be there by the end of the day. I did lose three hours of vacation time because of that. This should have been taken care of before my appointment. Also oil was a quart low. I had to make three trips instead of one! Also I didn't receive a safety inspection report until my third trip, which leads me to believe it was never done. On a good note, staff was very friendly.

I was told by the manager, to take my car back to the dealer I bought it from. After the 250 miles that I had to drive my car with a broken transmission, because of the warranty companies request, your manager said to me, do not bring it back here bring it to the dealer you bought it from. It is currently at the dealer, and they are happily taking care of my transmission, and I am relieved. I will not go back to this dealership nor will I ever recommend there.
