On July 13, 2024 I spoke with a salesman in regards to a Jeep Gladiator for sale at this location. After agreeing upon the out the door price on this vehicle, the business asked me to send my identification Jeep Gladiator for sale at this location. After agreeing upon the out the door price on this vehicle, the business asked me to send my identification, send my pre approved letter from my bank, and submit an approval (which wouldn’t be a hard check). After agreeing upon all of the terms, I had not heard back from the dealership for 2 hours. During the time window, I received a notification that the application I submitted was a HARD credit check. I called the salesman back multiple times with no answers. I then called the dealership multiple times and was told that the car had sold, after being told that all I needed was a call back to go and sign papers at my local Autonation. I finally got ahold of the sales manager who agreed on the sales price and asked why there was no communication or follow up on the status of the vehicle and why my credit was ran as a hard check. The sales manager, Jose Otero, was not only rude but denied running a hard check and got loud, and hung the phone up. I had to call to speak to a different sales manager to ask for accountability. Not only is this bad accountability on their side but also handled in a very unprofessional manner. To run a hard credit check(which I later found out was two hard inquires on my credit from their Orlando location and their location in California which I did not approve), not communicate with your potential costumer, and get loud and hang the phone up was uncalled for. I would never and will never do business with this company for their unprofessional employee and bad business practices. At no point was I told that someone was in house. The salesman, Job, took back my offer and informed me that he “fought to get this deal done for me” which wouldn’t have been the case if someone was in house looking to purchase the vehicle at the see price. Im not a salesman but if someone was in house, as a sales manager I would not agree to a lower out the door number, run someone’s credit, and continue communicating with them up till the point that someone else came in. I would think that this would have been mentioned during the negotiations and checking my credit. More
I came in for a oil change , I parked into the stall. I waited 5 minutes before getting out the car. Thinking someone was gonna come out and greet me since I was the only one install. No, very disrespect I waited 5 minutes before getting out the car. Thinking someone was gonna come out and greet me since I was the only one install. No, very disrespected at that point. And when I went inside, I still had to wait at least 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. It took them an hour and 15 minutes to do a basic oil change which I thought it would be a full oil change. Wait. Rotating the tires filling up all the fluids and checking to see if anything on my car was need it changing, but no one discussed that with me and to find out that. I do not have synthetic oil in my vehicle. Was very discouraging More
They took the time to make this deal happen for us when I didn't think we would be able to go home with a brand new 2024 Chevy Blazer. Our sale rep Dollie Smith was sensational! Purchased GMC vehicle W/AutoNation Ford, brought it to any AutoNation GMC for service for $0 deductible. Made appt meet w/ adv went over issues & coverages so they knew what's needed & provided. Once vehi any AutoNation GMC for service for $0 deductible. Made appt meet w/ adv went over issues & coverages so they knew what's needed & provided. Once vehicle in their possession it was like pulling teeth to getting anyone on phone. When he called he'd ask about extended warranty even though he was told @ intake & provided all warranty info. Adv asked 6x total if I had warranty, should've seen in system since purchased w/ AutoNation. Adv finally submitted paperwork to warranty & got sent back, blamed delay on them. He's reason for send back as paperwork was incorrect & missing photos. Why wasn't it done before sent to them? Key fob issue, gave both fobs @ intake & explained issue. Adv called 2x after asking me to restate issue 1x to him 1x to tech. Told me he'd need both fobs he'd received @ intake! Then, "looks like the battery is dead we can’t work until you buy new one." After having for a week battery's so dead it’s not jumpable/rechargeable but 100% dead? I get they don't last 4ever especially in FL but I check all setting when getting into vehicle. Tire pressure, transmission fluid temp, battery volt, oil life etc. never had issue so I call B.S. Told adv I wasn’t picking up vehicle until I spoke w/management, was told he’ll just see me when I get there. Not acceptable way to do business & treat customers. Showed 20% off oil change coupon @ checkout I’d received from AutoNation as was told to do @ intake. Checkout adv, “those need to be shown at intake”. I DID & was told nothing they do until checkout! All panels around gear shifter (part replaced) falling apart. Tech working on vehicle wasn’t there it cant be fixed. Told me bring it back to be fixed. HOW DID IT GET THIS FAR W/O ANYONE NOTICING THE CONDITION! Worst experience ever & honestly thought it was a prank. How company of such large caliber get off preforming such work? My advisor gave 0% confidence throughout this experience, why I repeatedly asked for different one. More
