At this point I don't trust anyone at this dealership. Sales, finance, service or anyone else. In early February I bought a 2017 Suburban. I traded in my 2016 Tundra which I absolutely loved. This was a business decision for me because I want to start my own business. Got the deal done. David J. Was the salesperson. I don't trust him. When I was driving the Suburban home I noticed there were lines reading for all four tires. No tire pressure sensors. The AC was not getting cold. The truck was idling rough. Then I noticed the horn was not working either. I called. No one was there but Frantz. I drove back to the dealership and spoke to Tim. He said they would not be able to look at the truck til the next day. When I got off of work the next day, Friday, I took the truck back to the dealership again. I spoke with the Service Manager Brent. He told me he did not know when they could look at it. I told him, I just bought the truck and someone needs to do something. He said he would have a tech check it out Sat. And be able to tell me something Mon. Since that day I have not seen my truck. Over a month. They told me they charged the AC, ordered a horn and tire pressure sensors, there were none in either tire. They said they would diagnose the rough idle. Starting with injectors needing replacing, a possible top end engine rebuild. Then they said the fuel injector module, then the engine module. Now they are saying something about the valves. Granted, I do have a loaner. But, I am paying a note today and insurance for a truck I don't even have. Brent started out with phone or email updates. Now he's not responding to neither. I am out $32,500 plus, and my truck is gone. But, they are being sketchy in letting me know what's going on. I believe in respect and honesty. I feel like that was lost somewhere along the way.......you try to trust people and give them a chance and this is what I get. More

Unlike all the others in Orlando, I felt that I was taken excellent care of, given a very fair off car. I have bought cars at this dealership before. Other dealers in Orlando, regardless of brand , were condescending and adding on "market charges" but at Autonation West Colonial, no added charges, fair dealing and going that extra step. More

Full size sedans are our preferred auto and after a lifetime of Chevy ownership, for the first time in my life I may be forced to go “foreign” (yuck) to get a full size sedan! More
