We ended up purchasing a 2023 Equinox RS. As part of the purchase agreement, Autonation was to install a trailer hitch. It has been a week as of today and I have not heard from Rodney about scheduling the installation of the agreed hitch. I have emailed him twice already earlier this week with no response or reply. I called three times today and was transferred to a voicemail each time. Finally Razvan called me and explained the issue with the phone system and miscommunications. Rodney also responded. I feel confident that all will go well! More
