Terrible customer service. Their Service Manager Mike is a liar. He refused to honor an agreement we had. I even have documented proof of it. This dealership sold me a damaged car that had battery problems and side mirror problems. These 2 who were suppose to help me figure out a solution only made things extremely worse on top of that I’ve lost a lot of money because of them. Chevrolet dealership would be a better place if Glynn and Mike didn’t work there. More

Bought a car from this dealership within 300 miles of driving the car had a def exhaust system leak. This should have been seen in the inspections. The bmw servicer said that this should have been seen o driving the car had a def exhaust system leak. This should have been seen in the inspections.
