I have had some MAJOR issues with the service department here in the past, but they have improved to the point that I would call it the absolute ideal experience. Just to be clear, they have always treated here in the past, but they have improved to the point that I would call it the absolute ideal experience. Just to be clear, they have always treated my vehicles perfectly well; I have never had an issue with a routine maintenance or a repair, but how they treated customers was sadly another story. Jaden had been my service advisor for my Blazer once before, but it was just after I had my Bolt EV serviced with another advisor which was the worst service experience ever, I gave him a hard time because I was still livid at the service group as a whole. Jaden, as he was last time, has been amazing with the two cars I dropped off this week for service. It used to literally be impossible to call in and speak with anyone to find out the car status and voicemails left were never returned. That concern has been completely eliminated and have had excellent communication and updates via text with Jaden. Also, in the past, there were times that once I arrived and pulled into the service area, I would stand outside my car trying to make eye contact with someone and waiting for up to 10 minutes with no one paying any attention to me. Both times I dropped off a car this week, Jaden has walked out of his office to meet me before I have barely left my car. With dealerships, I used to find that the sales folks would make you love the place and the service folks would make you want to find a new dealership, but that has completely turned around in my opinion. Jaden has been truly amazing to work with and until he took over helping me with my Bolt EV battery recall and servicing my Blazer again, I was planning on finding another dealership for my next lease later this year. Jaden has restored my faith in the service department and the dealership as a whole. More

I had Jaden and I called late originally but luckily he was the only employee still there. He took my information down and was able to get me in early in the morning the next day. As a college student I di was the only employee still there. He took my information down and was able to get me in early in the morning the next day. As a college student I didn’t have much money to afford get my card fixed so he talked to his manager and was able to get me a price I could work with in super thankful for his hard work. If I ever need something done on my car I’m coming back and asking for Jaden for sure! More
I had annual service on my 2019 Corvette, plus they investigated a small leak. Jaden, my service rep. was fantastic!! Been trying to get my check engine light fixed since I bought the truck last December and always get the run around. To top it off, took 3 hours for an oil change and to get told too bad on the check engi bought the truck last December and always get the run around.
