Took my car in because it was dragging at times causing the Check Engine Light to be on temporarily. The check engine light was related to the OCV valve which I discovered was part of a previous Warranty t the Check Engine Light to be on temporarily. The check engine light was related to the OCV valve which I discovered was part of a previous Warranty that already expired (car had too many miles). Anyways I explained all of this to the dealership and explained that even though the check engine light wasn’t on at the moment, I still wanted to apply the service mentioned in the warranty (replace OCV valve) even if I had to pay. Dealership said they had to do a diagnostic test and it would take 5-10 days. Two weeks later I called (after not getting any updates) and they said they couldn’t find any issues. So all in all I was without a working car for two weeks and my issue wasn’t addressed and I was never kept up to date. Note: Another issue was that we previously experienced a power steering issue which I saw was an ACTIVE warranty and noted that as well. But with the diagnostic that didn’t have any results, they did not address this issue either. More
Sat for 3 hours in waiting room. Only to be told they were unable to flush my 8 speed transmission because they didn’t have the right fitting. I have a 2018 SS Camaro. So I spend $60,000.00 on a car that the dealer can’t service. Way to go. This is my 3rd Camaro but I’m about to go Ford since this is what I can expect from the dealership. Very unhappy Chevy owner! Actually they even change the air and cabin filters in the service that I have now and on my previous Camery. More

Words mean nothing to me but I was convinced that he only been there a couple months to try to fix things. I'm only giving 4 stars because I m a lousy sceptic. I've heard the same things from previous MGMT. But service this time was 5 star. Had me convinced they were looking for us. As we drove into service we were greeted quickly. The unexpected loaner was nice. The repair took a couple days, not weeks. Surprised that they cleaned the vehicle which is what they used to do when I bought my first truck. Even more surprised that I mentioned services in my complaint we paid for but could not get previously because they claimed to not have staff but wasn't a big deal, it was just another symptom of how things had gone downhill, They actually fixed them without my knowledge. The employees were professional and friendly. Everything I was looking for when I bought my first truck from them years ago. Dan and his team just started so deserve time to turn things around. I'm slow to complain but try to to immediately correct where I'm wrong. So my kudos to Dan Lewis, Tim Scott, Jose Benitez and the unnamed employees that assisted us. I look forward to our relationship into the future. More

The Auto Nation Chevrolet Austin North did an excellent job at meeting my auto needs and provided excellent customer service. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service department was on time for my scheduled appointment, clearly explained the maintenance work to be performed, completed the work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I will return for future maintenance needs and highly recommend them. More
