Most every time I've been to Auto Nation, my experience was perfect. However, this last time was quite disappointing. I was there because I got a notice from them that I should come in for a "winter chec was perfect. However, this last time was quite disappointing. I was there because I got a notice from them that I should come in for a "winter check", so I made an appointment and went. What should have taken 30 - 45 minutes ended up keeping me there for several hours with no one informing me of why. I started bugging folks and finally somebody got to checking and discovered that my battery was low and I needed a new one. In the end everything was taken care of but it's a really good thing I'm retired and have all the time in the world to sit in an auto dealership. More
