Make an appointment for check engine light, oil change and inspection. Dropped car off at appointed time. Took 4 days for it to even be looked at. I agreed to the check engine work and oil change. Checked via the Chevy app each day looking for veh status – so I knew each day’s veh health, fuel status and mileage. Inspection work just sat. After a number of days, told that it needed to be driven – no more than 40 miles (2 drive cycles). A few more days. Could see the mileage go up by 40 miles and fuel status drop. Still no inspection. Drove another 20 miles. After 3 weeks, AutoNation “gave up” and told me they could not get it to pass inspection (sensors to initialize). Offered a $150 discount on check engine and oil change work. Picked up car and noticed that work included (per paperwork) draining and cleaning of fuel. That was NOT done. Cas tank was not refilled (I saw its status each day), so I question what was really done for $1400. Only provided $75 credit even though offered $150. Still no inspection. Had to wait around to pick up car… many employees about, but no one could help me. Had to wait for a specific service advisor, who was elsewhere. Car was garaged and immaculate when dropped off – returned filthy. Very unhappy with experience. More

I procrastinated until the last minute and couldn’t find a dealer to do my 5000 mile service. Even my selling dealer was a week behind in the service department. I stopped in @ 9am and though they too were a dealer to do my 5000 mile service. Even my selling dealer was a week behind in the service department. I stopped in @ 9am and though they too were busy I was able to set appointment that afternoon. Everything went great and I am very happy with Jaden’s professionalism. More
