4th time to bring my Volt in for "Parking Brake Problem". This time they replaced the Shift Assembly. So far after one week, the problem has not occurred. I have been coming to AutoNation since August 2017. In December 2021 I had a terrible repair experience with a new service writer and thought I would give it another try this month with a different ser In December 2021 I had a terrible repair experience with a new service writer and thought I would give it another try this month with a different service writer when my vehicle required repairs. Once again this was a terrible experience and picked up my vehicle when it had not been looked at for 3 days and no idea when it would be. The service writer was not at fault. This goes higher up to owners & upper management who does not take care of their employees. I took it to a different dealership where I had a great experience and my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in one day. One more note and my vehicle will be paid off and looking to purchase a 2nd vehicle. I will buy it from the dealership where I had great service. Was told at AutoNation that you are understaffed and obviously overbooked and you don't even have a service manager. Obviously you do not take care of your employees which is painfully obvious to your customers. I am through with AutoNation. More
Took my 2016 Silverado in for oil change and tire rotation. My rear tire was low on air, and I mentioned to Andrew (service rep) and he said it would get aired up.
