I dropped my car off on a Monday, Gabriel was the svc mgr. He never called me and I found out he went on vacation, later so did the mechanic. I went 3 times in person. The store mgr said to call him, he never returned my call!!! Apparently I just needed new battery and coolant. Couldn't find why there was a noise. I spent more on rental!! Oil not changed on my vehicle yesterday. Today, the oil level is low and oil is still dirty. Multi-point inspection not done on the Fiat. Fluids- not filled. No windshield washer fluid. Oil change indicator light still blinking and oil change red light still on and reads at the same level. My appointment was scheduled at 1 pm on Thursday, Aug 11 and this Autonation had me waiting almost 3 hours, from 1:10 pm to 4 pm. Also, the time is missing on the invoice. Service technician who did the oil change, his name- technician's name or initials - missing green document. My car key was never tagged. This dealership Autonation does not deserve a one star. This dealership, Autonation's credibility is gone. This Autonation charged me for oil change not completed at all. And had me waiting for nothing. This Autonation's service agents and service technicians are horrible for getting over on customers similar to me. More
