I dropped my car off on a Monday, Gabriel was the svc mgr. He never called me and I found out he went on vacation, later so did the mechanic. I went 3 times in person. The store mgr said to call him, he never returned my call!!! Apparently I just needed new battery and coolant. Couldn't find why there was a noise. I spent more on rental!!
