Purchased a car 5 months ago and within a week brakes needed to be replaced. A couple weeks after that the car was stalling at stop lights. took it back in replaced the Purge Valve, they had my car for a week. Few days after I got the car back had the exact same issue. Took it back that time had the car 5 weeks. Purge Valve again and some other part. Now once again its having issues, the Engine is bad. Major Engine repairs need to be done. The GM is giving us the runaround. we asked for a refund of our down payment or another vehicle. Well of course refusing to give us a refund but offered another car that is NOT even close of a newer model car like we have. we have a 2019 Atlas with a little over 80,000 miles. We were offered vehicles around 2015 year and almost 100k miles, none of the features we have (push start, 3rd row, low miles). Do not shop for a car there. save yourself the stress. They made their money and turned the other away. GM is absolutely no help or even showed he cared. Remind you only had this car 5 months and had problems within a week of purchase. More

In that call I explained the need for a loaner vehicle if the diagnostic would take several days, which I was told a diagnostic took 3-5 days. I made an appointment for June 10th with the understanding that I would be getting a loaner at drop off. I took off of work and drove 45 minutes to this location. I was checked in by Jose, but was told there were no loaner cars and that there wasn’t one listed in my appointment I had made. I was quite confused because I made that appointment based on the availability of a loaner vehicle over the phone prior. Jose apologized and went inside to add to me to the loaner waitlist. He said I could periodically check my status just by calling. I’ve tried several times to get update and each time I am transferred to someone where I leave a voicemail that is never returned. We are now more than 2 months past when I started this and I am no closer to getting my car repaired. Not some place I would recommend. More
