Honestly, I spoke to someone about the vehicles via email for a couple days. 3 were sent to me with pics and specs. I made an appointment and I drove 30 minutes to come see them. When I arrived your showroom was an absolute wreck. The guy was nice enough but left me to go do something for 15 minutes when I arrived. When he came back he asked me about 3 others cars we didn’t even talk about. He kept trying to pitch me a Juke, you guys had on the lot and I was like “WHERE IS THE CRV I DROVE DOWN TO SEE?!” He proceeded to tell me it was in the shop in the back and has extensive hail damage and they are working on it…so I can’t see it. In fact he left again to go talk to them and came back with 4 pictures in his phone of a hail damaged, messed up suv. I was shocked. It started hailing, sleeting at this time and I was just frustrated. He asked me again about the Juke. I followed him out to see it and upon starting it, it obviously has some engine/ exhaust issues. It’s is so loud. He just said yeah. “And just so you know it’s AS IS” I bet it is. I just shook my head and laughed to myself and left asap. It was huge waste of my time in the freezing cold yesterday for false advertising. Your company should not list cars with generic pictures that aren’t even on the lot for sale. More

My service rep was Jaden Selucky. He was the best Rep ever. He was nice, helpful and considerate. A huge negative was the fact that I had an appointment for 1045 and was told that when I got there it wou ever. He was nice, helpful and considerate. Please do not offer appointment times if they’re not going to be honored. You need more reps like Jaden. More
Overall we have been very pleased with Autonation and bought 3 cars from them so far. The service has always been great.
