Labor rates VERY high. Transmission oil change and engine coolant flush was right at $500!! Just labor was $337 ($200 transmission oil change, $137 coolant flush), and th Transmission oil change and engine coolant flush was right at $500!! Just labor was $337 ($200 transmission oil change, $137 coolant flush), and they had the car for a total of 2 hours…that’s a labor rate of $170 per hour!! Outrageous!!! More

I had an appt for an oil change. I got checked in and service rep said the wait time was 2 & 1/2 hours. Service rep very apologetic and said the they were short on techs. Prior to that all my maintenance was done at auto nation west. More
