This review is a few months late, but I have been waiting for my first service before sending the review. We did not start off on the best foot when I went to purchase my car. It seemed like everything that could go wrong did go wrong to the point that I found myself frustrated and crying. I left the dealership with no plans of returning. I finally talked to the regional manager and told him how disappointed I was in the customer service. He told me that if I came back and talk to them he would do his best to make it up to me. I won't go into details of what was done for me, but let's just say I left the dealership the next day with my car and a few perks. I was very skeptical when I walked back into the dealership, and I had a major attitude. By the time I left, I was laughing and joking with everyone. I was so impressed with how far they went just to show me that they wanted me as a customer. I gave them 5 stars because they earned it. I just got my car serviced and again they did a wonderful job.
