Once the car was diagnosed, service was prompt & easy. It took over a week before the service dept. could diagnosed the problem. I assume because of supply chain or employment issues. We purchased a car that we really like, however the price was changed before we got to the dealership. I sent emails to management & corporate about the price change, but never heard back from anyone. Auto was changed before we got to the dealership. Auto nation inspects and repairs before purchase but after we got the car home, we took it to our mechanic and it still needed about $400 in repairs. More

It took 3 weeks for them to test my transmission in a Chevy Silverado. They have 1 transmission machine for the entire Austin metropolitan area. I bought a warranty thru Autonation and now realize that i Chevy Silverado. They have 1 transmission machine for the entire Austin metropolitan area. I bought a warranty thru Autonation and now realize that it’s worthless and wish I could get my money back. I called 5 times to check on it and never got a call back. The service never did what he said he would do. Extremely poor customer service. More

After first new-vehicle oil change, I checked the oil level. It is over the full limit on the dipstick. Too much oil in the crankcase will damage the engine. Now, I have to crawl under the engine and level. It is over the full limit on the dipstick. Too much oil in the crankcase will damage the engine. Now, I have to crawl under the engine and drain some oil! This is not why I signed up for oil changes. Next time, maybe I do the work myself. More
