Had an 8:00 AM appointment for oil change. Reached on time and told them that I will be waiting. I was told that it will take one and half hour. After two hours I asked them how much longer it Reached on time and told them that I will be waiting. I was told that it will take one and half hour. After two hours I asked them how much longer it would be. They said another 45 minutes as they had not started working on it yet. It was still parked. at that point I took my car and left. Absolutely no concern for their customer's time. More

Had a 10 am appointment they said it be about 2 hrs behind. It was 3 1/2 hr before they finished. Oil change and tires blanched and rotated. Not very happy this time.
