Since I have had this issue before I tried calling the service department to schedule an appointment but no one ever answered the phone so I could only make an online appointment at 11am which apparently service department to schedule an appointment but no one ever answered the phone so I could only make an online appointment at 11am which apparently does not guarantee your car gets serviced. Upon arrival I was told I would have to leave my car and Uber home. After a heated discussion I was told I could wait but my car could not be seen until 3p or 4p. After a diagnostic was run, we had to replace a wheel barring. Patrick ultimately apologized and so did I. Patrick gave me his card so I could contact him directly for any other servicing needs. While I understand we are all short staffed we cannot use that as an excuse anymore, you need to communicate to your customers. Leaving my car for a week without an option for transportation is not an option. This is actually the 3rd time this has happened to me at this dealership so definitely need to make some changes and not just let your staff deal with the wrath of an upset customer. More
