At this moment I am having a bad experience with my mom's purchases This is what happened  On July 19, 2022, I took My mom to AutoNation to get a new car, She was interested in a new Chevy Traverse 2022, purchases This is what happened  On July 19, 2022, I took My mom to AutoNation to get a new car, She was interested in a new Chevy Traverse 2022, and She got trading, on that trading the payoff for that car was almost $18,000.00, and We got for the sell $22,000.00 so We got $4,000.00 positive, We decided to put $2,000.00 on Down payment and get $2,000.00 back to us. Also, I got a $100.00 check for referring.  Ten days after the purchase of the new car, on July 20th I did a payment on the trading car and today Aug 1, The UFCU has not received the payoff of the trading car. My concern is that this August I have to pay for the New car and the old one in case the payoff was not received on that day because the 15 days in advance are already done. Also, We don't know anything about the two checks We are supposed to receive.  What raises my concern is that the salesperson does not work there anymore so at this moment IDK what to do or whom to ask. More

The communication from the service advisor sucks. Never got a call or anything before they proceeded to do work. Phone calls are almost never answered. Would not recommendation. Awful experience bordering on criminality. Was told my car would be kept inside, instead they left it outside for two months, they wouldn't send me a receipt for any work to say they had done anything until threatened.
