The good side of my experience there is almost entirely about Dylan Ling, who was great. He always provided me with honest updates during my long, 7+-month wait for my Bolt EUV to come in, helped make sur about Dylan Ling, who was great. He always provided me with honest updates during my long, 7+-month wait for my Bolt EUV to come in, helped make sure that the dealership honored the strong trade-in price on my Niro PHEV they’d agreed to back in September before I drove it another 7,000 miles, was very patient at the sale on Saturday even when we had to jump through hoops to get my insurance policy number (my fault because I didn’t bring the insurance card), & was great at showing me the bells & whistles in the vehicle & even answering questions about them over the phone since Saturday, which was Earth Day, a very appropriate day to buy an EV. The upholstery wasn’t the color I’d asked for, but Dylan helped get a manager to help compensate for that by trimming the $399 tinting charge off my bill. The not good parts of my experience weren’t his fault, particularly the long wait & the finance guy Max’s pressuring me, under a now-or-never scenario, into buying an expensive extended warranty. Max told me that I’d better leave a door open if I park my EUV in my garage (which I do) or it might start a house fire, & that he parks his Bolt outside for this reason. That’s wrong & ridiculous, & was derided by dozens of people when I mentioned Max’s claim on the Bolt EUV owners’ Facebook page. EVs are the safest types of vehicle by far, with minuscule odds of ever starting a fire—much lower than gas cars & hybrids. But I called promptly Monday morning to cancel that warranty & Dylan took care of it. Some other reps there aren’t so good. This week I got an email from a service guy saying he was looking forward to my service visit at 9 AM—on the day BEFORE he emailed me! And I don’t need any service visit. Finally, it was no fun waiting so long to complete the sale on Saturday, with my wife having to sit on her hands for hours (to sign off on the trade-in & the new EUV). She remarked that there are no beverages or snacks there for waiting customers like Howdy Honda & many other dealerships have. But again, none of that was Dylan’s fault, & he did great at everything he could. Dylan Ling should be rewarded there! I give him 5 stars, with the negative parts of our experience there bringing the overall rating for the dealership down to a 3. More

I places my order on November 30th. My amazing car was turned over to me last week. The process went very smoothly. My car arrived much sooner than expected. Of importance to me, Concetta kept me informed and calm. I expect a lot and AutoNation and Concetta met my expectations. The paperwork was a breeze. My wife and I were in and out in our new Z51 with no drama. I strongly recommend AutoNation! Hopefully, Concetta will answer your call! More
Angelica Downes, on finances, is horrible. Don't trust her. She lies about everything. We have an 820 credit score and said it wasn't good enough for 2.9% gm special financing. She said there was no problem doing it the next business day because our credit union was closed. She left a message 3 days later saying that she did GM financial with out our approval but we could refinance in 3 months, They sold us a package service for $650 and asked for a brochure and she said we didn't have one .We went the following week to pick up the lugnut locks and ask someone about the extended warranty broucher and got one right away . That's not the end. 2 months later, we paid the truck off and had problems getting the payout sent because Angelica Downes sent wrong info to GM financial like wrong birthdays , wrong phone numbers and wrong address and everything is correct on the paperwork we received, so this woman did all this on purpose we guess. Maybe racist because my wife is black & I'm white and this Angelica Downes is a black woman! Just saying that all because there's racist in every race. More
Dropped off my car for repair. Was given wrong turn around time. Had to call 4 times before I had to complain to the service manager of not knowing what my car status was. Finally Was given wrong turn around time. Had to call 4 times before I had to complain to the service manager of not knowing what my car status was. Finally two days after call with manager I got my diagnostic. I approved service and finally got my car back. Works great. More
