So far, the transaction has been pretty much perfect. The salesman (Scott Foss) was very helpful, including letting me take the car home for my wife's approval. He was quickly responsive a few days later when a minor paperwork issue came up, and fixed it immediately. The 2018 Impala Premium seems to be behaving as expected, so I haven't had an opportunity to test the 90 day warranty. I generally avoid dealerships that don't haggle, but I was tired of searching for a well maintained car and decided to check this one out. I'm glad I did. More

I came in last March of 2022, purchased a car here that was a mistake and never worked and felt I was in a really bad situation for over a year. It was so frustrating and upsetting but luckily I was able to be accommodated and assisted by Jeremy with showing me my options and his boss Adam with my situation. Now that I’m expecting my first child, I needed something reliable, affordable, and to make up for my loss so I’m not struggling anymore. Thanks to their understanding and amazing dedication to helping me, I got a brand new 2024 Trax 1RS. I’m absolutely in love with this car, came to look at the equinox and trailblazers but this was the only one I checked out and was sold immediately. Such a perfect car to lease and the first to have in my name. Their honesty and support towards me and my grandma were really appreciated to start a co sign and begin credit for myself. It was a long process, but they were persistent and patient with our family and problem. I knew I wouldn’t get the help they were giving anywhere else, so I’m glad they we’re determined to figure this out. I couldn’t be happier and beyond thankful they came to save the day for us. I feel such a weight lifted and happy I made the decision to come back, they truly deserve the credit. The team seems very happy they got to figure this out for me as much as I am, and don’t blame them haha! Adam was amazing at his honesty and for being a new manager, very impressed with his dedication to this job. Jeremy was an amazing salesman for us and able to really support and get things squared away as efficiently as possible! Both coming out of their ways travel wise for this job really shows they care for this business. I would refer them to anyone if they were needed a new car, especially in a situation like mine. The advisor was amazing as well who we filed the rest of the paperwork out with too was amazing and glad he could give honest help and support. Plus speaking to the banks on our situation and getting them to understand we deserved this help in a desperate time, he was able to finalize everything. Couldn’t have done this without all their help, so thankful! Their professionalism was so relieving and impressive, my family really appreciated and acknowledged it since they were coming 2 hours out of their way to support. Thank y’all for being so awesome, y’all are amazing! More
