Maya was attentive and professional. She verified how many oil changes I had left on my service contract. She went over what was done on my service and what was needed. $148 dollars is more than I would pay for an oil change and tire rotation. You could have topped of the low fluids as Toyota does. Actually they even change the air and cabin filters in the service that I have now and on my previous Camery. More

It took a while for me to get the point of writing a bad review so it was hard to believe the general manager. Words mean nothing to me but I was convinced that he only been there a couple months to try to fix things. I'm only giving 4 stars because I m a lousy sceptic. I've heard the same things from previous MGMT. But service this time was 5 star. Had me convinced they were looking for us. As we drove into service we were greeted quickly. The unexpected loaner was nice. The repair took a couple days, not weeks. Surprised that they cleaned the vehicle which is what they used to do when I bought my first truck. Even more surprised that I mentioned services in my complaint we paid for but could not get previously because they claimed to not have staff but wasn't a big deal, it was just another symptom of how things had gone downhill, They actually fixed them without my knowledge. The employees were professional and friendly. Everything I was looking for when I bought my first truck from them years ago. Dan and his team just started so deserve time to turn things around. I'm slow to complain but try to to immediately correct where I'm wrong. So my kudos to Dan Lewis, Tim Scott, Jose Benitez and the unnamed employees that assisted us. I look forward to our relationship into the future. More

This dealership has gone down hill over the past 5 years. Every new truck that I purchased was fully loaded with full warranty packages, traded in and serviced only by this dealership. Now , phone calls are Every new truck that I purchased was fully loaded with full warranty packages, traded in and serviced only by this dealership. Now , phone calls are unanswered by all but sales. Messages left are not returned. Repairs are half stepped or not accomplished supposedly due to staff shortages. Can't even honor the small ding warranty I purchased. When after much fighting to get them to honor a warranty repair, it immediately fails again making me believe it really wasn't repaired but a fuse replaced that I already did a couple times and know that's not the fix. Have to leave the vehicle for weeks over a simple repairs. And talking to other customers in the lot, my experiences seem to be the new norm. Much much more. My suggestion is that you skip this dealership completely or expect to deal with a dealership that simply doesn't care and puts the blame on lower employees other than the management staff and owners where it belongs. More
