Took my car in because it was dragging at times causing the Check Engine Light to be on temporarily. The check engine light was related to the OCV valve which I discovered was part of a previous Warranty t the Check Engine Light to be on temporarily. The check engine light was related to the OCV valve which I discovered was part of a previous Warranty that already expired (car had too many miles). Anyways I explained all of this to the dealership and explained that even though the check engine light wasn’t on at the moment, I still wanted to apply the service mentioned in the warranty (replace OCV valve) even if I had to pay. Dealership said they had to do a diagnostic test and it would take 5-10 days. Two weeks later I called (after not getting any updates) and they said they couldn’t find any issues. So all in all I was without a working car for two weeks and my issue wasn’t addressed and I was never kept up to date. Note: Another issue was that we previously experienced a power steering issue which I saw was an ACTIVE warranty and noted that as well. But with the diagnostic that didn’t have any results, they did not address this issue either. More

Within a week they called us because an ordered vehicle that met our exact requirements had come available as someone else picked another vehicle due to long wait times. We didn't want any extra dealer mark ups/add ons. When the car came in they sent the purchase order to the bank and all the dealer add on's-- including ones they said couldn't be removed -- were gone. Great price on the car. They were great to work with. More
