The customer service was severely lacking. Appointment scheduled online stating for recall. I called day off to find out I can’t schedule that online has to be done by phone… rescheduled. I was passed to 3 people upon arrival explaining to each person. The guy Conner at counter was very polite and helpful. An hour or so prior to closing still had not heard anything. I called asked for Conner like I was instructed. Apparently i was switched to another guy who doesn’t answer the phone so I left a voicemail. He calls back says yeah the part was damaged have to get a new one tomorrow if you leave it we will let you know first thing in morning if part arrives. I said, “ok great but I have to have my car by noon.” I was told no problem we will call you in morning. Around 10:30 I called had to leave a vm again with VM guy from day before. I get a call back at 11:58 from Conner saying car is ready. (Poor Conner I wasn’t nice. He deserves a raise.) I didn’t get my car back until after time promised with no communication. COMMUNICATION SUCKS!! I understand timing can’t always be helped but COMMUNICATE that to customer that’s calling or has asked for it to be completed by a certain time. I could have made other plans for a ride but instead had to cancel an appointment bc of your LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!! I have never in my life been do a dealership so unorganized, lacking communication, and with such poor customer service. Not to mention you park your car and walk into building while employees stand around looking at you. Only to have to walk back out to the car with worker. Meet your customer at the car when they arrive instead of them walking in to see several employees standing around talking. Worst dealership ever!! More
I originally took in my Yukon XL in for service after I purchased it from Austin AutoNation. Several issues were flagged that needed repairs. Warranty covered some and Austin AutoNation was HORRIBLE about purchased it from Austin AutoNation. Several issues were flagged that needed repairs. Warranty covered some and Austin AutoNation was HORRIBLE about agreeing to cover the cost of repairs that they originally told us was taken care of. Waco AutoNation has the vehicle for 3 WEEKS. Finally the repairs were completed according to Waco AutoNation. The repairs that were supposedly done to touchscreen left me with a screen that now operates worse than when I took it in. I am now waiting for a call from Conner when have a loner vehicle available for me so that I can drop off my Yukon XL to have it serviced yet again. I will never buy another vehicle from Austin AutoNation or have my vehicle serviced at Waco AutoNation. More
