Awful, took my truck in due to a recall, waited an hour before they tell me they didn't have the part. This was the second time I had scheduled the appt for the same reason, they made me wait only to tell before they tell me they didn't have the part. My experience started off shaky when I arrived for my diagnosti professional. That is the reason I'm rating my experience as 3 stars instead of 1. My experience started off shaky when I arrived for my diagnostic appointment, that I scheduled online, only to be told that they do not complete diagnostics on Saturdays and that they were backed up. I feel like I should've received a courtesy call prior to me driving up there for no reason. When they discovered the issue, I was told they'd ordered the part and it would be ready by early the following week. This led to a lot of promises of things that didn't happen and a bunch of confusion around this part. Some days I would be promised something and never hear back or get an update from anyone. Just left wondering what's going on. After a few days turned into two weeks, my dad called, because he began to get frustrated on my behalf, and suddenly a part was available and my car was ready the next day. That seemed suspicious to me, but I didn't care because I just wanted my car back and I wanted it to be safe to drive. The price I paid was slightly higher than what I was quoted, no discount was offered to compensate for my experience, and my car is still making a weird noise. I will take it elsewhere to figure out what's going on. More
