The service on my car took way too long. I had 2 recalls on my vehicle. Understandably, the parts took longer to arrive due to the pandemic. However, getting my car serviced took 2 days longer than expect on my vehicle. Understandably, the parts took longer to arrive due to the pandemic. However, getting my car serviced took 2 days longer than expected. Not all of the parts needed were apparently available. Then the service technician working on my vehicle got injured. And to top it all off, they didn't properly align my exhaust and now I have to go back again for them to see if it's within spec. More

My service writer, Arianna, was extremely helpful. I dread taking my car to the dealer but she made the process easy and kept me updated on the status of my car. dread taking my car to the dealer but she made the process easy and kept me updated on the status of my car. More

Made a reservation online to service my 2019 Chevy Traverse. I dropped off my vehicle and was chastised and told they only take walk ins, not online reservations (because it doesn't make sense to turn Traverse. I dropped off my vehicle and was chastised and told they only take walk ins, not online reservations (because it doesn't make sense to turn your online reservations off). AutoNation Chevy's website says the service department closes at 7 p.m. The sign on the door at the entrance to the service department says closing is at 7 p.m. We arrived at 6:03 p.m. to pick up our vehicle (7/16 - Friday). The entire service department was empty. A sales rep helped us find our vehicle. He said there was no cashier to pay for our service. He asked his Sales Manager if we could take our vehicle home. It took the Sales Manager two seconds to say no. Didn't even stand up from his chair to tell us. 0We had to take an Uber all the way back to Woodland Hills to get our other vehicle. I keep asking myself, why did we not buy the Subaru instead of the Chevy? If this is the kind of customer service you would enjoy, then go and buy your next vehicle at AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia. They'll smile when you're buying...but after that, you're on your own. More
