I bought a new Equinox last year. This was my first service done on it under a service contract. I was treated very kindly by Steve! I'm a little concern about the write up milages, and milages on pick-up. Left my vehicle for a period of (4) days concerning excessive white smoke at times. The entire process from appointment to vehicle pick up was outstanding. I was kept informed and they sent me a payment link so I wouldn't have to go to the Cashier when I arrived. The service on my car took way too long. I had 2 recalls on my vehicle. Understandably, the parts took longer to arrive due to the pandemic. However, getting my car serviced took 2 days longer than expect on my vehicle. Understandably, the parts took longer to arrive due to the pandemic. However, getting my car serviced took 2 days longer than expected. Not all of the parts needed were apparently available. Then the service technician working on my vehicle got injured. And to top it all off, they didn't properly align my exhaust and now I have to go back again for them to see if it's within spec. More
