The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service on my car took way too long. I had 2 recalls on my vehicle. Understandably, the parts took longer to arrive due to the pandemic. However, getting my car serviced took 2 days longer than expect on my vehicle. Understandably, the parts took longer to arrive due to the pandemic. However, getting my car serviced took 2 days longer than expected. Not all of the parts needed were apparently available. Then the service technician working on my vehicle got injured. And to top it all off, they didn't properly align my exhaust and now I have to go back again for them to see if it's within spec. More
