I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up right on time and handed over the keys to my service advisor (Jerry Hicks). He was personable and answered all of my questions. Jerry was honest and great. Needed an oil change and informed me I needed transmission and differential oil changed. At no point did I feel he was trying to upsell me. I needed a tire repaired but at the end informed me, it actually needed to be replaced. He hooked it up with a military discount, which now a days, there seems to be no appreciation for Veterans.
