I purchased my car from Santa Clarita Chevy agency and have had my car for a long time. When my car needed service I would contact Steve in the Service Department to make an appointment for service. My 2020 Tahoe had an issue that the engine started but the vehicle didn't move. Probably the battery drained. Finally it was fixed and it was quickly taken care of by the nearest AutoNation.
