My work truck was overheating on a Monday morning and I limped into the dealership with no appointment. They were able to replace the water pump and have me back to work by mid afternoon. I purchased a new Chevy Blazer nearly two years ago. I recently had some issues with my car and parts that were needed. Due to the supply chain the parts took awhile to obtain. During that time I was treated very well by the service at the dealership. Dante Mastroianni was very calm, patient and understanding while this ordeal was going on. During the interim I was also able to obtain a rental car from the dealership. While my car was repaired, and being I only had the one car, and no one to pick me up and take me to the dealership, during this time period, the shuttle was very prompt and took care of my transportation to the dealership. Upon completion of the work the dealership always washes the car. So, I was very pleased during this maintenance period. More
