You want an honest opinion, here it is. During my last visit, I again had to go hunting for a service writer. I had an appointment and someone should have been there waiting for me as othe During my last visit, I again had to go hunting for a service writer. I had an appointment and someone should have been there waiting for me as other dealerships have done in the past. Also, after paying for the service, I again had to wait for someone to find my keyfob so I could leave. My vehicle was sitting there ready to go. While trying to find my keyfob, I didn't like seeing a chair in the doorway of the SR who had helped when I arrived. That was a clear indication that he was too busy and to go elsewhere. He did in fact help, but the chair was very clear. I understand that everyone has a job to do and can be busy, but your customers are the ones who pay the bills a saleries. We have a choice and can go elewhere. More
