Communication is Zero My car originally need to stay 6 days, on 7th day I don't receive any Status which I was assured by the SR Jerry that he would keep me updated on the status of my car. I had to call twice no luck and he don't return calls until leave text message he answer on 8th day that my car will be ready that day and he will let me know the time but never send another message until next day that I text him again about the status Rep Jerry has not called or updated as I expected with my previous experience in another dealers. A client should not have to chase around for information on their vehicle. I am incredibly disappointed also because my car wasn't washed I expect that at least delivery clean after 9 days More
