I took my truck in for an oil change at 10 am and hot it back at 5 pm, way too long for an oil change. Also when I bought the truck the dealer made another key for me and now the key does not work and they back at 5 pm, way too long for an oil change. The facility was very clean and inviting. My service writer Kenny explained to me very clearly how my appointment would play out that morning. Eddy at the parts counter was also very helpful.
