Jerry, the service advisor was very helpful during the service of the engine for a valve lifter problem. It took a while to get the parts and ok to do the work under an extended warranty. I brought in my 2020 BOLT EV for the recalled battery replacement as well as service. When I made an appointment, I was told it would take all day. I planned my day to be in the area for a day, but when replacement as well as service. When I made an appointment, I was told it would take all day. I planned my day to be in the area for a day, but when I got there, I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 days to complete the job. Also, when the service person called to let me know the car was ready for pick-up, I asked if the battery was fully charged so I can plan ahead in case I need to make a stop to charge (as I am 1-hour away from home on an uphill road). He didn't know and he didn't call me back though he said he would check and get back to me. (The battery was fully charged, though) More

Went in to check on it, and another service advisor totally blew me off and ignored me. The next day I told them to give me back my truck. The same thing happened to me in 2013 with Chevy. Thought they might have fixed their BS, but it’s all the same. Just like before, I will be taking my business to GMC, where customer service really does exist. Chevy will never receive my business again. More

Without fail Steve gets my vehicle in and out with as little hassle as possible. He's upfront, honest, and communicative. I'm a bit old school and still believe a person's firm handshake and word mean something. Steve provides both. Everyone else, from the cashier to the shuttle driver, have always been professional and courteous. And with 110,000 miles on my Volt it is still going strong. More
