I brought my 1500 Silverado in due to a loud sound that would occur when driving only in certain windy conditions, so it was very hard to duplicate. I presented video to the service member that was assisti would occur when driving only in certain windy conditions, so it was very hard to duplicate. I presented video to the service member that was assisting me, but the tech could not duplicate the issue, so I wad pretty much out of luck. I couldn’t believe I was going to be stuck with this problem having a truck still under warranty with only 14,000 miles on it. I spoke with the service manager, Rick Clark, and showed him the video. He knew exactly what the problem was and coordinated with his techs to resolve the issue. Rick Clark exemplified true customer service, and went out of his way to make sure the problem was resolved. This situation went from me writing/filing complaints about Chevy, to me being a happy satisfied customer and writing this review. Thanks Rick!! More
