Every time I go to Auto Nation, I'm treated with honesty, respect and kindness. Our Chevy Silverado has had some issues and service advisor Casey has been almost like a best friend. The biggest issue was the transmission and as scary as it may sound, Casey helped through it and we are beyond grateful for all he did. He kept us informed of the process regularly and made sure we were at ease. It is a breath of fresh air to be able to find people who care and will do a great job. We are grateful we found Casey at Auto Nation in Valencia. Highly recommeded! More

I had to bring my car in to get fixed and was very nervous because I thought it would take at least a week to get done. Dante was very very helpful and gave me a good price. Steve Johnson is my regular advisor - who by the way is simply outstanding, but happened to be off the day I scheduled my service. Casey Wright was my advisor for the day and took great care of me that day! What impressed me even more is the respect he (Casey) had for Steve as my regular advisor and let me know that he was not going to direct me away from Steve with whom I have built a rapport, but encourage me to continue with Steve. That really spoke volumes to me and I appreciated his good character as well as his professionalism. More
