AutoNation Chevrolet Valencia - Service Center

The requested service was not completed as requested, and when I picked up the vehicle the recommended service what I originally took it for was not completed. I received a call to let me know that the neutr when I picked up the vehicle the recommended service what I originally took it for was not completed. I received a call to let me know that the neutral switch needed to be replaced and I was already out of warranty and it was going to cost $600.00 which I authorized , but I still wanted the rest of the service I requested. No one called me back after the initial call to let me know the cost of the switch. Apparently the service advisor took it upon himself since the switch was $600 I didn’t want the other service. Now I’ve got to take another day off work and reschedule a service appointment, very inconvenient. To top it off no one called to ask my input, or let me know what the status was. No additional communication whatsoever , both my wife and I called multiple times with no response from the service advisor. We ended up driving over and the advisor was gone already and I was informed my vehicle was ready, but to my dismay none of the requested service was performed, only the replacement of the neutral switch. This was a major inconvenience and I will most likely never return to Autonation for service again. More

I called the dealer early morning requesting my car recall service and the lady answered my call was very helpful by giving me appointment at 11:00 AM same morning and I took my car over their and the recall service and the lady answered my call was very helpful by giving me appointment at 11:00 AM same morning and I took my car over their and the service guy took care of within few minutes it was unexpected service to be done at the same morning, thanks to Chevrolet. The dealership is clean and offers refreshments While waiting if necessary offers shuttle transportation if you need a ride the other staff are also very friendly and helpful.
