He said told me that they were busy and the appointment should take about 2 hrs, however it took over 4hrs with no heads up from the adviser! I am a professional healthcare provider that runs my own business, so I know that my patients time is very valuable. I had other appointments that I had to reschedule and it was just very disappointing and I do not recommend this dealership for any service! More
