Made an appointment to have an oil change and regular service done on my vehicle and my service adviser (Lorenzo) was unfriendly, uninterested and curt! He said told me that they were busy and the appointment should take about 2 hrs, however it took over 4hrs with no heads up from the adviser! I am a professional healthcare provider that runs my own business, so I know that my patients time is very valuable. I had other appointments that I had to reschedule and it was just very disappointing and I do not recommend this dealership for any service! More
