I waited 2 days on my car during the 10k maintenance as I reported that there is something off about the breaks. Advisor is clueless and perhaps not aware on my appt even though he was the one who made that reported that there is something off about the breaks. Advisor is clueless and perhaps not aware on my appt even though he was the one who made that appt and took the slowest route to get a solution although i had the oil change on day and luckily got a really filthy loaner from Hertz Santa Clarita on day 2 then got a call finally to get my car and Advisor said nothing is wrong with the brakes and return my car dirty. More

My service advisor , Steve, is always on top of things. Had an issue with my transmission and it was replaced promptly and efficiently! He always takes care of me and I appreciate all that he does! 1st, the service department is very unprofessional and unorganized. When you walk in, nobody cares to greet you or ask if they can help you. I as a customer shouldn’t have to run around hunting service ad unorganized. When you walk in, nobody cares to greet you or ask if they can help you. I as a customer shouldn’t have to run around hunting service advisors for help, when you find a service advisor, they’re either to busy to help and pass you to another advisor who is also to busy to help, they refused me service twice for not having a appointment which is ridiculous. 2nd, my needs with the vehicle still haven’t been met. The radio hasn’t been fixed, my experience with this dealership was so terrible I do t want to go back. More
Made at least 4 phone calls with questions about the problem (brakes catching suddenly & without warning). Service advisor did not respond. Finally got a call back after closing from another advisor wh problem (brakes catching suddenly & without warning). Service advisor did not respond. Finally got a call back after closing from another advisor who repeated the tech's notes (unable to duplicate issue) which were unhelpful. Was told their service vehicle could pick me up to get my car. Called 2 more times and no one called back and no ride showed up. Finally uber'd back to pick up my car at my expense. 2 days after tech was done. In the meantime, I did my own research and found advice to try which I am now testing. More
