The employees at Power Chevrolet were all helpful and courteous. I never felt pressure to buy although it was getting late and near closing. He filled us in on the usual add-ons that come with the financing, but was never pushy. It was very late and he worked quickly to get everything completed. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Power Chevrolet. Often times the joy of getting a new car is dulled by the ordeal at a dealership, but this was not the case for myself at Power Chevrolet. More

I HAVE EXPERIENCED CONTINUING AND SYSTEMIC PROBLEMS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT REGARDING VEHICLES I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE FACILITY. SERVICE ADVISORS AND CASHIERS PRACTICE POOR TELEPHONE ET THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT REGARDING VEHICLES I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE FACILITY. SERVICE ADVISORS AND CASHIERS PRACTICE POOR TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE LEAVING ME ON HOLD INTERMINABLY AND RECENTLY DISCONNECTING MY CALL WHEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE A COURTESY SHUTTLE RIDE. I HAVE BROUGHT MY VEHICLES TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NUMEROUS TIMES REGARDING NOISE RELATED PROBLEMS, BUT THE DEALERSHIP HAS FAILED TO CORRECT ALL OF THEM RETURNING MY VEHICLES TO ME WITH UNCORRECTED PROBLEMS. I BROUGHT THESE ISSUES TO THE ATTENTION OF MATT GOODING, SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER, BUT TO NO AVAIL. I THEN FILED A COMPLAINT WITH GM'S CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT CONCERNING THESE ISSUES AND FOUND OUT THAT MR. GOODING HAD TOLD THE GM REPRESENTATIVE THAT I WAS NO LONGER WELCOME TO BRING MY VEHICLES TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR NECESSARY AND WARRANTY REPAIR WORK. MR. GOODING'S ACTIONS WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, DISCOURTEOUS, ARBITRARY, CAPRICIOUS, PUNITIVE, UNFAIR, AND WITHOUT MERIT. HE HAS CREATED AN UNDUE HARDSHIP FOR ME BY REFUSING TO SERVICE MY VEHICLES. IT'S VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS WITH REPEAT CUSTOMERS SUCH AS MYSELF. More

I arrived on time for my appointment and was taken care of immediately by Jesse Colon. I had about 3 or 4 minor nuances that I brought to Jesse's attention with regards to my Vehicle and he was so Very He of immediately by Jesse Colon. My Tahoe was serviced in a timely manner, the little annoyances ( a couple of parts came loose under my seat, brake light not working, cruise control not working) these were all taken care of in a matter of minutes) Jesse discovered that the bulb in my brake light had come loose and that was all that was wrong with that. The problem with my cruise control was linked to the brake light and the on/off swich was in the "off" position - Resolved!! The loose parts from under my drivers seat were put back in place. My Tahoe was washed and I left the Dealership a Very, Happy and Satisfied Customer and will continue to be a Customer of this Dealership. More
